RNA-Seq Unified Mapper (RUM)
RUM is an alignment and junction calling pipeline specifically designed for Illumina RNA-Seq data.

LSF - Freiendly version of RNA-Seq Unified Mapper (RUM)
The software found by clicking this link is a derivative of RUM that can utilize the LSF batch queue system on our Dell cluster. The original RUM software was developed on a Sun Grid System that used the Torque batch queue system. Since other researchers may use similar computing hardware, we would like to make the modified software available to them.
