Billing

Patients who are seen at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI) generally receive two bills - one from the hospital (MEEI) and one from the physician group, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Associates, Inc. (MEEA).


At the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, we understand that many of the services you receive may not be covered by your insurance company. We also recognize that all of our patients do not have current health insurance. It is our goal to help patients find the coverage that best meets their individual financial needs.


With that in mind our Financial Counselors are available to you with all of the latest information on financial assistance and insurance options that may be available to you as our patient.


Our hours of operations are:
Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
